You will be open to working on a permanent basis in Belgium or relocating for the position.

Project management
- You manage project-related quality requirements.
- You supervise project changes by the customer and improvement projects.
- You prepare reports for the benefit of the customer.
- You have contacts with the customer's inspectors.
- You resolve customer complaints about delivered goods.
- You identify and verify obligations, then discuss them and work them out.
- You provide input when managing suppliers.
- You set up a quality assurance system, for analyzes, skills certificates and the calibration of measuring equipment.
- You manage and monitor the quality system.
- You set up welding procedures and keep them up to date (WPS, PQR).
- You follow up measurements.
- You guide inspectors.
- You perform the certification of welders.
- You create and maintain procedures. You also do this for the instructions to support the inspectors in production in carrying out their work.
- You work independently on continuous improvement projects.
- You support with analysis / preliminary study, with transfer to production (First run and final purchase) and with aftercare.
- You analyze production processes.
- You monitor the quality of incoming goods.
- You follow the results of ultrasonic and magnetic tests.
- You request measurements made by third parties.
- You coordinate the welding activities in accordance with EN ISO 14731: 2006.
- You prepare repair procedures.
- Has a welding engineer degree (IWE-EWE) or is prepared to achieve this.
- Has knowledge of EN 1090.
- Manages to direct and supervise people.
- Collects, presents and communicates information.
- Writes reports and further develops them.
- Applies his / her expertise and technology in practice.
- You have a good knowledge of English. Dutch is beneficial amongst other languages due to the international projects/
- You are analytical.
- You pursue personal work goals and objectives.
