Are you an experienced Quality Coordinator looking for your next contract? We have a fantastic opportunity for an Quality Coordinator to join our client – a global construction organisation specialising supporting multiple renewable energy projects. Specialising in the full execution of EPC and turnkey projects, this organisation are making a name for themselves in the energy field and there could not be a better time to join.
Quality Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Implement and ensure compliance with Quality Management System and Quality Plan applicable to the site work.
- Lead, coordinate and supervise inspectors’ works, supervise their inspections, as well as those carried out by subcontractors.
- Lead and supervise the reception of materials on site in accordance with the requirements, good practices and with the indications set out in the shipment authorisation signed by the supplies quality control area.
- Supervise the qualification and homologation of welders at site, check the correct application of welding procedures and control the work of welders according to their approvals.
- Open and close the deviation records detected from site (Non Conformities, corrective and preventive actions) and report to the construction quality manager and quality assurance.
- Perform qualitative reception of materials and components on site.
- Supervise, verify and accept the inspections carried out by the inspectors of the subcontractors.
- Follow up and enforce the Quality Plans and Inspection test plans (ITPLs) of subcontractors.
- Check and follow up of non-destructive tests on site.
- Perform inspections of the following works: civil, mechanical, painting, coatings, electrical and instrumentation and control, to ensure the quality of the work performed.
- Issue inspection reports.
