Our global biologics client are seeking the expertise of a Quality Specialist (Process Owner - Quality Excellence) to support their state-of-the-art facility in Belgium. This role will be focused on process improvement, ensuring best practice, and handling of Quality Management Systems.

Role/Responsibilities:
  • Process improvement
  • Challenge current processes
  • Compare different procedures - identify gaps, understand differences, where adjustments could be beneficial etc.
  • Propose action plans
  • Implement action plan and collaborate with Quality team to ensure
  • Set clear priorities for improvement
  • Carry out analysis reports and report to management
Ideal Background:
  • Master’s degree in a relevant background
  • Experience within a Pharmaceutical environment
  • Experience within Quality Systems, Quality Management
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong in prioritizing
Please be aware this role will require working on site in Belgium 5 days per week. Dutch language skills are an advantage, English is essential.
