Senior Clinical Site Manager – Pharmacovigilance – 12 Month Contract – Turkey

This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Clinical Site Manager to join our client – an esteemed partner for regulatory and compliance in healthcare. This is a contract opportunity of at least 12 months with the opportunity to work within the charming surroundings of Istanbul. Senior Clinical Site Manager Responsibilities:
  • Develop, communicate, and execute Site Engagement Strategy/Plan
  • Work closely with the Clinical Team and key internal stake holders throughout the life cycle of clinical trials
  • Support clinical team in coordinating and executing site engagement activities
  • Understand the competitive landscape, capture trial hurdles and use motivational tactics to ensure timely delivery of trials
  • Engage, evaluate and develop a global network of high performing sites through interactions using multiple communication channels, creating awareness company and activities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with site engagement organisations
  • Assist in identification of high performing sites and key opinion leaders that can contribute to UCB forums, boards and/or discussions
About you:
  • BSc or MSc degree in a life science/biological related field
  • 3 + years’ experience monitoring trials in clinical development environment, preferably in phase 2-4 if responsibility for phase 2-4.
  • Strong knowledge of GCP and ICH guidelines.
  • English speaking.
  • Excellent communicator with strong facilitator skills.
