Quanta Consultancy Services Ltd is a successful international recruitment consultancy, established in 1992. The company provides specialist Contract, SOW and Permanent recruitment services to clients within Life Sciences industry across the EMEA, Americas and APAC regions. 

As our Senior Recruitment Consultant, we will focus on generating new requirements, as well developing relationship with existing clients and building long lasting connections with candidates/clients to whom they sell themselves and gain attention and credibility. They continuously look for the most efficient ways of achieving the goals.

Senior Recruitment Consultant Responsibilities:

• Work with new and existing client requests for contract staff the Senior Recruiter is responsible for the search and selection of suitable candidates. 
• Undertake searches on the company’s database, job boards and LinkedIn and contact suitable candidates to discuss contract opportunities, to update their records and to obtain recent CV’s. 
• Network the requirement in a positive manner to gain referrals and sales leads. To make effective use of the internal Training Material available.
• Prepare and send CV’s to clients.
• The arrangement of interviews including the provision of travel information where appropriate.
• Working closely with the Contracts & Compliance team in matters relating to tax and social costs if contract placement is non-UK. 
• To ensure that all relevant information is recorded within the Company’s CRM system.
• Always represent and project the best Company image in line with the Company’s core values.
• Maintain excellent staff relations in terms of personal activities and to always maintain the company’s interest uppermost.
• Ensure that extensions to contract assignments are handled in an efficient manner.  In addition, where an existing.
