Site Supervisor (Cladding) - Energy from Waste - Scotland - 12-Month Contract

Responsibilities:
  • Leads and ensure the HSEQ requirements are incorporated into area of responsibility
  • Risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are reviewed with regards to HSE requirements and that work is carried out in accordance with the RAMS
  • Manages and implements processes and tools within area of responsibility
  • Ensures that works within area of responsibility are executed in accordance with the contract and conform with project time, budget and HSEQ requirements
  • Manages reporting site supervision and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of relevant scope, in the required quality and in a safe working ambient
  • Takes full ownership of Civil operations in the delegated Area / Section
  • Keeps records of all construction activities
  • Elaborates and if necessary revises the Civil Specialised Structure Schedules
  • Determines Civil QC Inspection Process
  • Reports on Execution Progress
  • Provides periodic reports to the Construction Manager Civil
  • Holds execution meetings (Kick-off, weekly, monthly internal and external)
  • Delivers Lessons Learned and feedback for current and future projects
  • Keeps the Site Manager informed of all site related activities
 
Requirements:
  • SMSTS
  • Experience within EFW or similar projects
  • University degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
