Due to continued business success and with exciting growth plans in place we are expanding our Talent Acquisition team and looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team.

Established in 1992 we are an international recruitment consultancy, based in Hertfordshire. We provide specialist Contract and Permanent recruitment services to clients within Life Sciences, Renewable Energy & ICT sectors across the EMEA, Americas and APAC regions. We employ +75 staff and have 3 offices:

• Headquarters based in Berkhamsted, UK.
• Dublin, Ireland
• Boston, USA

We continue to grow, with exciting expansion plans over the next 3 years, including expanding our office based in America.  We have created a strong One Team ethos, offer attractive reward & recognition packages as well as clear career development plans.

As Talent Acquisition Partner you will be responsible for managing the complete end-to end recruitment process for candidates, working closely with senior stakeholders across the organisation.

The Role.

• Focusing on direct recruitment across all business areas, working with senior stakeholders across all business areas.
• Network requirements in a positive manner to obtain referrals through candidates and professional networking sites such as LinkedIn.
• Sourcing candidates on the company’s database, external job boards and utilising social media.
• Qualifying candidates and matching them to suitable internal opportunities, being able to embody the Quanta brand and gain candidate commitment.
• Managing candidate pipeline, candidate attraction and the on-boarding experience.
• Coordinating and hosting internal / external interviews.
• Managing the candidate on boarding process.

Our Interview Process
At Quanta we have a 2 stage interview process, the first interview will be more of a conversation where we can both get to know each other. If you are invited for a second stage interview we’ll ask you to present a short 5-10 minute presentation. In both interviews we will discuss your current situation, your experience and what you are looking for.
