Validation Engineer – Pharmaceuticals – Liverpool

Do you relish the opportunity to work with a global biotech organisation based in Liverpool?  If yes, then this is the assignment for you!

Our client that specialises in the treatment and prevention of serious human medical conditions is currently seeking the expertise of a Validation Engineer.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for this Validation Engineer role include, but are not limited to, the following: 
  • Coordination and execution of equipment and computer systems qualification for quality control.
  • Focus on installation and operational qualification for lab water systems and computerised analytical equipment.
  • Manage equipment decommissioning.
  • Generate, execute, and report Installation and Operational Qualification protocols in line with associated Validation Plans.
  • Understand the systems being qualified, assessing vendor documentation to write appropriate wrap-around qualification documents based on SOPs.
Desirable Experience:
  • Previous experience as a Validation Engineer in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Excellent GMP knowledge.
  • Experience within CSV or QC Lab Validation is advantageous.
