I worked through Quanta for 3 years and as far as agencies go Quanta stand head and shoulders above the market norm in my opinion. During the onboarding / recruitment process I was kept fully informed and supported throughout the interview process- communication being a high scoring area for Quanta. During my placement I was regularly contacted by the agency to check I was content and that I had everything necessary to carry out the role. Quanta never missed a payment and always communicated any process changes clearly and effectively. I would also praise the after care at Quanta- if I ever needed any paperwork or advice following my placement they always had time for queries.
