Quanta in 2018: What we can expect

With such a successful year behind us in 2017, we’re excited to see what’s coming in 2018 and beyond. We may not know what’s around every corner, but here are a few of the things we can anticipate seeing in the new year:

Ongoing team development

2017 saw us increase our focus on the Fast Track training programmes we offer at Quanta, launching a brand-new Fast Track to Leadership programme and expanding our intake to the Fast Track to Delivery Executive and Fast Track to Sales programmes. We had two intakes to the DE course, with more people moving on to the Fast Track to Sales programme and new roles on the back of this training.

As we continue to grow our team and take on new endeavours, we’re keen to keep developing our people and ensure they have the support and tools they need to thrive within Quanta.

Growth in consultancy work

As a business, we’re always striving for excellence. As part of this, we’re placing a greater emphasis on the work we do with consultancy firms, establishing a dedicated team to support everything from design and due diligence through to construction management, owners engineering, project management and asset management. Our consultancy clients range in size from small niche operations to some of the biggest in the business, and we’re excited to continue to grow our work in this area.

More permanent recruitment

Contract recruitment has been our main area of focus for many years, and due to increasing demand from clients and candidates, we will be expanding our permanent recruitment function in 2018. You can still expect the same level of care and commitment we’ve always provided when it comes to contract roles, with the dedicated permanent recruitment service ensuring our candidates and clients find exactly what they’re looking for.

A new Regulatory Affairs team

Our core areas of expertise have developed over time, and we’re proud to deliver exceptional service in the markets of ICT, renewable energy and life sciences. In addition to this, our ongoing focus on growth and commitment to responding to industry interest means that we’ll be offering support in regulatory affairs in 2018. While we’ve touched on regulatory affairs in the past, 2018 sees us introduce a new team of dedicated sales consultants who will specialise in life science markets across the UK and Europe, and possibly further afield. This new team has been introduced following significant client interest in regulatory affairs, and we expect to see this business area grow in 2018 and beyond.

Watch this space

We’re expecting another huge year for Quanta in 2018, with new team members, business areas and industries all helping to push us forward and grow.
