Earlier this year Quanta were very proudly awarded 3 star accreditation from Best Companies, this is a great achievement and meant we were keeping our fingers crossed for the league table results.
What is 3 star world-class accreditation?
Best Companies award this to organisation with a BCI (Best Companies Index) score of 738 or higher. The BCI score is generated by the b-Heard survey that is completed by team members so gives an accurate representation of the workplace and makes us even prouder of the excellent results we have achieved from this survey over the years.
Various factors are taken into consideration but here’s how we performed in selection of them:
95% of staff agreed – This job is good for my own personal growth
85% of staff agreed – I am happy with the pay and benefits I receive in this job
99% of staff agreed – My organisation encourages charitable activities
But where did we rank in the Quarter 3 league tables?
On Friday 19th August Best Companies revealed the results of their Q3 league tables and we are very proud to be ranked as the following:
- 11th best 100 mid-sized companies
- 7th best recruitment company
- 6th best company in East of England
And what makes these table positions even better is the numbers from 2021.
