What is your proudest moment at Quanta?

There have been so many, watching how Q has grown, winning support person of the year, and of course the Halloween teams trophies over the years, being on the charity committee, and not forgetting the royal visit.  Evolving my role from where I started at Q to now and having the opportunity to work with a lot of the teams in Q in various roles. I think one of the proudest moments is how everyone and I mean everyone supported each other during covid, none of us was used to working from home, but the daily checks in, how quick IT got everyone set up on teams. From not only our own managers but from David, Spencer, Jo, Lauren, Jackie and of course everyone in Q. The Friday roundups were a great moral boost, and of course the online celebrations Bingo sticks in my mind, a really funny Friday evening where we all joined, a hilariously funny evening. There were a lot of funny moments on camera over that period of time. You knew if you were feeling down, go on teams and reach to anyone and they would be there for a quick chat anytime. So lucky to have that support in such a horrific time for everyone in the world.

Do you have any words of wisdom for anyone wanting to join Quanta?

Anyone who is maybe thinking about changing jobs or even not thinking about it, have a look at the roles we have going and come and have a chat.  The training given is second to none. There are opportunities to evolve, learn new skills, all the tools you need to be a success are there for the taking. From Senior Directors, leadership teams everyone is always available across the business to help you achieve what you want from a career at Q.  My journey and the opportunities I have been given to explore new adventures (avenues) within Q have been amazing.
