Buyer – Pharmaceuticals – 12 Month Contract – Chicago

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Buyer to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in Chicago, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.

Buyer Responsibilities:

Create product reports and gather data
Write up meeting notes
Help put together presentations
Enter information into SAP Arbia
Review proposals and understand the contents
Process POs and ensure justification is confirmed
Working with new suppliers to complete onboarding requirements
Complete new supplier onboarding
Tracking information and procurement processes
Gather information for audits
Provide data for reporting i.e cost saving analysis

About you:

Capital project experience (beneficial)
Perform well under pressure
IT knowledge, good with MS Projects, PowerPoint, Sharepoint
