Change Manager (Medior) - Power Generation - Antwerp, Belgium

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and activate stakeholders (mainly in USA, CANADA & ASIA) – 20%
  • Follow-up and execute all activities planned, e.g. organise informative webinars, send out communications, etc
  • Training coordination (input gather, planning, organisation, follow-up of all sessions, follow-up with trainers,…)
  • Train-the-Trainer support (guide super users & Local SPOCS in preparing and delivering the r training to end users)

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in change & project management domain
  • Master’s degree (economics, sciences, …) or equivalent by experience
  • Proven experience with train-the-trainer and as trainer coordinator
  • ADKAR experience / certification
