Construction Manager – Data Centres – Contract – San Jose

This is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator that has been recognised for as one of fastest growing and well-known groups in the industry.

Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth and require the expertise of a Construction Manager. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.  

Construction Manager Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate construction responsibilities onsite
  • Perform risk assessments
  • Oversee the construction of site all the way to project closeout
  • Be the main point of contact for construction on site
  • Lead a team of 10 – 20 engineers
About you:
  • High quality management skills
  • Data centre or GC experience. 
  • Experience within a leadership role
  • Multi-prime contracting experience
  • Fully lifecycle experience (from design to build)
