Responsibilities:

• Documentation management, maintaining and organising contract files, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and tracking contract expiration dates.
• Data entry, accurately entering contract details into database or contract management software.
• Communication, coordinating communication between internal teams, clients, and vendors regarding contract related matters.
• Compliance, ensuring that contracts adhere to company policies, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
• Reporting, generating reports and summaries on contract status performance and key metrics.
• Issue resolutions, addressing related issues and discrepancies they arise.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Admin Management is required.
• Experience working for a large, diverse multinational is preferred.
• Experience working in at least an international environment is required.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement.
• Fluent in French and English, other languages are a plus.
• Excellent Microsoft office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, …).
