Document Controller – Life Sciences – 12 Month Contract – Texas

Are you looking for the opportunity to work with a global biopharmaceutical company? This is your chance! Our client develops and delivers life changing medicines to millions of people globally and as part of their growth, they are looking for a Document Controller to help support operations at their Texas based facility.

With their Drug Substance (DS) manufacturing network growing rapidly, they are committed to growing their portfolio of commercial biologics products supplied worldwide – and this is your opportunity to be involved!

Document Controller Responsibilities:

Updating and storing project files to ensure they are accurate and accessible for team members and stakeholders.
Typing reports, preparing updates and other project documents.
Tracking and sorting change requests and updating project documents.
Taking minutes during meetings.
Other duties as assigned.

About you:

Familiarity with common construction project processes.
Computer literacy, including familiarity with common word processing and spreadsheet software.
Accurate and efficient typing skills for data entry, taking minutes and dictations, typing letters and other documents.
Verbal communication for addressing other employees, stakeholders and other business contacts.
Organisation and ability to multitask for filing and completing several clerical and project administrative tasks at once.
