HSE Advisor – Renewable Energy – 18 Month Contract – Stockholm

Do you want to work with a world leading in renewable energy developer? This opportunity is currently available to a HSE Advisor to join our client’s newest project based in Stockholm. They are a long-standing market leader in the industry owning and developing projects across all major and emerging renewable energy markets, offering fantastic career opportunities for all contractors who join.

HSE Advisor Responsibilities:
  • Take a proactive lead, engaging with internal and external stakeholders
  • Create an understanding of the importance of QHSE
  • Set the QHSE bar during all construction activities, and meetings with stakeholders.
  • Create a good QHSE reporting culture through leading by example, raising awareness, knowledge sharing.
  • Monitoring, evaluation, and assessment of Contractors' QHSE behavior and performance using incident reporting tool
  • Quality Reviews on sites by validating if Contractors are following the procedures and checklists as referred in the Inspection Test Plan (ITP)
  • PTW coordination on site
About you:
  • Good knowledge of Complex Construction Projects within process manufacturing e.g. power plants or gas purifying plant
  • Ability to speak and write Swedish / English on high technical level
  • Good knowledge of Swedish national legislation 
  • 5+ years’ work experience from relevant industry with QHSE as your primary focus area
  • Strong communication and presentation skills able to communicate in a clear and precise manner without going into
