HVAC Lead - Ireland - Expanion - Vaccines

New state of the art biologics facility have a contract requirement for an experienced HVAC Lead

Due to an increase in demand there is a requirement to expand production capacity and we are looking for an experienced HVAC Lead to carry out the following: 

• Provide engineering services in support of the design, construction, commissioning and qualification of a Sterile Formulation and Filling Facility.  
• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure project and site stakeholder inputs and requirements are clear and reflected in design deliverables.
• Managing team of 5-6 people and coordinating work with 9 other different departments.

Experience needed:

• At least 8-10 years’ experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams on large-scale capital projects, through the full project life-cycle
• Full Lifecycle HVAC experience within a Pharma/Bio environment
• Fill-finish experience advantageous

Project Plans:

• Currently in design phase:
• Basic/ concept design complete August 2019
• Detailed design complete Q1 2020

• The project includes; New formulation suite, filling line, buffer prep area, 3 new warehouses & expansion to the Clean Utilities area

• Fill-finish facility  - Vaccine's plant
• €500 million expansion project
• Based in Ireland
