Material Control Administrator - Energies - Crewe, UK

Our client is a global leader in developing, engineering, building, and owning some of the largest industrial projects around the World. They have a developed a reputation for their culture, diversity, and commitment to the environment. With a portfolio of Mega-projects around the globe there is no better time to join this company – and they are looking for a Material Control Administrator to join their Crewe, UK based location.

As the Material Control Administrator, you will;
  • Create and issue requisitions from the Bill of Materials.
  • Collaborate with Project, Engineering, Procurement and Transportation teams to develop Material Control plans.
  • Provide timely material requisition status reports to Project Management.
  • Expedite documentation and certification from suppliers.
  • Provide support on multiple projects simultaneously.
To be a successful Material Control Administrator, you will have;
  • Excellent Administration experience
  • Previous experience in material control and purchasing for capital projects would be advantageous.
  • Strong Excel database skills
  • Understanding of the processes to purchase basic project components.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and change priorities quickly.
