This is a fantastic opportunity for a Operational Readiness Scheduler to join our major, global pharmaceutical client on their latest new-build project based in in Illinois, this is a large-scale greenfield capital project and investing more than $1bn.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain the operational readiness schedule using Microsoft Project or Oracle Primavera P6.
- Coordinate with the project team and stakeholders to collect and update the schedule information and data.
- Perform schedule analysis and identify critical path, dependencies, milestones, and deliverables.
- Provide schedule reports and dashboards to the Operational Readiness Project Manager and other project stakeholders.
- Monitor and track schedule performance, variances, risks, and issues.
- Recommend and implement schedule improvement actions and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or other relevant discipline.
- Minimum two to three years of experience in project scheduling and two to three years of experience working in pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.
- Experience working in a GMP environment preferred.
- Experience Oracle Primavera P6 project scheduling software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work as a team player and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
