Responsibilities:
- Project Mission: With the introduction of the sustainability strategy “Go For Zero” and the business strategy, the client has clear and challenging ambitions for the future. These come with new and bigger challenges for P&T as well. Scale and speed of growth will ask for strong focus on onboarding, development, change management & communication.
- Within the People excellence team, all of these responsibilities are put together to bring focus on People related activities that support the client & P&T.
- Change Manager: Coordinate rollout of new solutions and organisational models within P&T department and the different business units, Create change vision and alignment at all levels of the organisation, Ensure sustainable impact and adoption, Identify and resolve change resistance, and Create synergies across change projects
- Main Activities and responsibilities; Create and communicate of change vision within organisation (from leadership to end users), Align with leadership and change sponsor, Assess change impact, define success criteria and secure change readiness, Plan and organise change activities (information sessions, training, …), Secure new competencies are picked-up through train-the-trainer approach, Create communication material
- Secondary Tasks and responsibilities; Create engagement inside the business towards change, Manage an external network, outside of the business, allowing for alignment on strategy, striving towards best-in-class processes by having outside-in views and sharing information, Increase change capabilities within team and organisation, As team member, contribute, challenge & implement the agreed upon strategy, Ensure close collaboration within the P&T excellence mgt team.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (economics, sciences, …) or equivalent by experience
- ADKAR experience / certification
- Experience with train-the-trainer
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in change & project management domain
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Strong leadership and people management skills, strategic orientation and thinking
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Performance and result oriented, internal customer oriented, strives for continuous improvement
- Strong project and risk management skills
- Exemplary behaviour towards ethics and integrity
- Experience working for a large, diverse multinational
- Pragmatic, able to deal with setbacks or difficulties, no nonsense
- Helicopter view, a clear picture of what success looks like and what it takes
- Nice to have: Substantial professional experience in (indirect) procurement or supply chain is nice to have
