PMO CQV Supply Chain Consultant - Raleigh, North Carolina - 12-Month Contract 

Our client, a global Pharmaceutical manufacturing organization are looking for a talented CQV Supply Chain Consultant to join their expanding team. With continued organizational growth and considerable investment across their portfolio and capital programs this is an extremely exciting opportunity to contribute towards their brand-new manufacturing facility on the East Coast of the United States.


Responsibilities:
  • Would be responsible for alignment of required CQV/PQ resources and Strategic Workforce Plan
  • Finance would still own the SWP but this person would help map positions to test executions
  • Detailed breakout of existing forecasted cost and time phasing the commitments and spend of this cost
  • Specifically, the materials and expenses as they are currently just lump sum budget buckets
  • Project reporting on labor and expenses for CQV/PQ to include forecasting, cash flow, progress, and change management.
  • Continued monitoring of progress and burn rates to inform forecast and time phasing.
  • Development of list of materials/equipment required for all CQV/PQ activities.
  • Need to work with Supply Chain/Procurement to make sure we have identified what material is needed for certain testing and when we would need that material based on the schedule.
  • Would liase between CQV/PQ, Project Controls, and Finance to report out to CQV and Project Steering Company
 
Requirements:
  • Proven project management experience managing complex projects with experience in supply chain  management of materials, budgets and staff assignments.
  • Mature skills leading cross functional teams and providing project management, communications (oral, written, and powerpoint), risk management and gemba consulting services.
  • Natural positive attitude and ways of working to inspire the best in team performance. This must be paired with ability to find and call out gaps and risks in team plans and performance. We need a person to come in and challenge teams to continuously improve plans and delivery.
