A recent client, an American biopharmaceutical organisation, came to us upon completing the conceptual and detail of design of a new bulk drug substance facility for a site north of Dublin. With a cost of around €450 million, this was a significant project that required support from our team of experts to grow and develop the client’s CQV team.
With an existing relationship with one of the client’s hiring managers and a reputation for providing expert support on large new builds, we were a natural choice to assist with this project. What’s more, our longstanding experience within CQV means we have a longstanding active network of experienced professionals with the skills in demand. Our local industry knowledge and network helped to secure the Irish contract and we have now been working with the client for three years.
We used our extensive network of talent to successfully source and place over 50 contractors on site. With a large and big-budget new build on offer, we presented the Dublin project as a unique opportunity for contractors to add significant industry experience to their CV. Such projects are few and far between in the CQV world, and the fast-paced and large-scale nature of the work on offer meant we could easily source the best candidates on the market, utilising our local Irish talent network combined with our global footprint.
