Azure Cloud Solutions Engineer - 6-Month Contract - Valencia 

New long term contract opportunity for an Azure Cloud Solutions Engineer, working remotely from a European location, or onsite in Valencia, Spain. As the Azure Engineer you will:

• support the Cloud Solutions team, on projects and pre-sales activities.
• deliver Cloud migration and architecture expertise within the Cloud Services Section.
• report to the Cloud Solutions Lead, work with an existing Cloud team based in various geographical locations.
• lead complex migration projects as well as participating on pre-sales efforts in large operational environments.

You will have:

• Hands on experience with planning, development, migration, and integration of applications and services from on-premises infrastructure to cloud-based Platform-as-a-Service and Infrastructure-as-a-Service services.
• Solid understanding of AWS & Azure Account Structure, Core Organization Services and IAM
• Experience with migration discovery, profiling, migration, and operations technologies and tools (Azure Migrate, Movere, Data Migration Assistant, CloudEndure, ASR, RISC Cloudscape, etc.). 
• Understanding of application modernization approach including containerization, APIs and microservices.
• Experience of automation technologies such as Terraform and/or Bicep and configuration management such as Ansible.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills, i.e. ability to present to C-Level executives. 
• Scripting knowledge with one of the following languages: PowerShell/Python/Java/Go and experience with source code control like Git
• Certification in Azure Cloud (Microsoft Certified Solutions Architect preferred)
