Commissioning Manager- Data Centre – Contract – Brussels

This is your opportunity to work for a global Data Commissioning specialist that solely support the Data Centre Industry who is growing rapidly across the EMEA region.

Commissioning Manager Responsibilities:
  • Reports to the client's commissioning lead
  • Primary responsibility for commissioning projects.
  • Manage contracted commissioning agent assigned to data centre construction projects.
  • Development of commissioning procedures and standards
  • Construction site inspections to review QA/QC and commissioning process.
  • Drive the project commissioning process including scope and schedule.
  • Regularly review construction progress, QA/QC, commissioning progress, issues, and KPI metrics to report to management.
  • Coordinate meetings and activities of vendor project managers including integration of lessons learned.
  • Attend scheduled owner / architect / contractor (OAC) and other project meetings, and report as necessary.
  • Report project progress on scope, schedule, and budget weekly or as required.
  • Responsible for developing, managing, and reporting on scope, and schedule of the commissioning process for CO+I project.
  • Provide report of commissioning process to management on a regular basis
  • Work independently in support of the Data Centre’s
  • Manage data centre commissioning project delivery strategy in alignment with the client´s roadmap strategy
  • Refines practices/policies and develops methods/techniques for driving solutions including development of commissioning procedures.
  • Provides input to long-term delivery strategy and incorporates requirements into project execution plans.
  • Vendor management and contract compliance
About you:
  • Full commissioning experience cradle to grave.
  • Level 4 – Blue Tag – Component / System Functional Performance Testing [On Site]
  • Level 5 – White Tag – System Integrated Testing [On Site]
