Commissioning Manager - Data Centres - Brussels - 13-Month Contract 

Our client is a well-known brand operating in 65+ countries and has worked on some of world’s largest mission critical and infrastructure projects. This client has aggressive growth plans and are one of the top 5 largest design and consulting firms in the world.

The data centre arm of the portfolio is a vital and growing area of the business; therefore, our client is always looking for the best talent in the market – and they are looking for an Commissioning Manager.

The Commissioning Manager will progress commissioning activities across MEP works to ensure the processes have been diligently and accurately planned, managed, executed and recorded.


Responsibilities/Requirements:
  • Preferably, you will hold an engineering degree (electrical or mechanical)
  • Must have some data centre experience across Europe
  • Previous experience of leading commissioning teams on refurbishment or new build projects
  • Strong communicator and a history of being client facing / the key point of contact on site
  • Knowledge of test instrumentation required for testing
  • Fully adopt the Company’s project and internal management systems to see that the building services are fully commissioned in accordance with the contract documentation
  • Background in MEP works
  • Fluency in French and English due to the international supply chain  
  • Experience of Belgian projects is highly beneficial
  • Knowledge of local laws, legislations and supply chains is advantageous
  • Rights to work in Belgium or an EU passport
