Design Manager - Data Centres - Contract - Dublin

This is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator that has been recognised for as one of fastest growing and well-known groups in the industry.

Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth, and require the expertise of an Design Manager. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.

Design Manager Responsibilities:

Coordinate the design cycles
Oversee design development
Contract assistance and project close-out oversights
Manage of external design teams
Assist in client interfacing technical meetings, provide support to the Solutions Engineering team
Report every week to leadership on design progress, blockers, risks, and assignment of priorities
Oversee review process of engineering studies
Conduct weekly meetings with project teams
Enforce and pursue coordination between internal engineering teams
Visit job sites for field investigations and coordination meetings

About you:

Bachelor of Science in related discipline
5+ years of experience in engineering management/coordination
Data Centre experience
Project management experience
Construction experience
