Lead Estimator – Data Centres – 12-month – Germany

Are you an Estimator looking for your next contract role? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our valued client in Stuttgart on an initial 12-month contract.

Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest Lead Estimator. With growth plans to almost double their already huge turnover, there could not be a better time to join!


Lead Estimator Responsibilities:
  • Lead and control the estimation and calculation of new proposals for work.
  • Act as a responsible lead for the quality and assurance to correctness estimations.
  • Proactively coordinate all parties to obtain required information for the calculation or indirect and direct costs.
  • Carry out plausibility checks on all completed RfQs
  • Develop costing model and present them internally and externally.
  • Support the budgeting process.
About you:
  • Completed business or technical studies or comparable training.
  • 5-10 years of experience in the calculation of major mission critical projects           
  • Very good knowledge of contract law (VOB/BGB)
  • Business fluent in German and English ideal
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, good knowledge of SAP
  • Willingness to travel
