MEP Project Director- Data Centre- Contract – Brussels

This is a fantastic opportunity to develop your MEP Project Director career in this exciting market.

MEP Project Director Responsibilities:

Project Management within the MEP discipline
Overseeing all site activity within the MEP remit
Key point of contact for the end client and subcontractors therefore responsible for everything MEP on site.
Identifying hazards and how to manage and mitigate risks.
Reporting into the senior project manager.
Looking after full scope of works including Inductions, toolbox talks.
Responsible for his management onsite
Data Centre experience is required (popular DC locations in Europe / Nordics are good targets)
At least 6 years construction experience is important.
Candidate needs an understanding of construction and hazards and how to manage and mitigate risks.
Looking after full scope of works. Inductions, toolbox talks, everything involved on the site day to day.
Reporting back progress to managers and client.
Personality wise – need to be Confident on working on their own and can represent the client in the right light. Reporting into the senior project manager.

Data centre experience
Live facility experience
Client facing experience
Working with a large team of subcontractors
Good organiser and time management
Take responsibility for project deadlines
Eye for quality work and assessing others work
Self-starter – need to hit the ground running
