Responsibilities: 

• Defining schedule baseline at the beginning of the project and during tendering phase
• Set up the progress baseline on the groups tool 
• Ensure that and project have a proper progress tracking and measurement 
• Support in creation of weekly/monthly report 
• Support in check the coherence of the invoicing with the actual progress
• Support team on site to help them apply group rule and working procedure 
• Help solving technical issues on tool 

Requirements: 

• 5 years' experience in planner position in construction industry
• Fluent or advanced English level
• Confident use of the Microsoft product range
• Structured and reliable way of working 
• Takes initiative and source of proposal 
• Primaver P6
• Likes to work within a team
• Willing to travel 
• French Speaking
• Beneficial: High IT affinity, experience within multi-cultural context
• Completion of Engineer Degree
