Procurement Analyst – Data Centres - London

This is your opportunity to work for a global data centre operator that has been recognised for as one of fastest growing and well-known groups in the industry.

Having received significant investment, this established data centre group is in their next phase of growth, and require the expertise of a Procurement Analyst. They have established partnerships with many of the well-known technology powerhouses and tailor to their development to their client's requirements.  

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the SPM with collation of information for input into the procurement strategies and tender recommendation reports.
  • Assist SPM with collation of PQQ and Tender documentation across multiple stakeholders.
  • Manage tender queries / clarifications during tender process and ensuring timely response from all stakeholders.
  • Assist mid-tender and post tender negotiation meetings, capturing minutes and tracking actions.
  • Disseminating tender returns to the tender evaluation team and ensuring input by the team into scoring matrix and tender recommendation report analysing vendors tender returns.
  • Collating necessary info for Contract Authorisation Forms (CAF), and tracking authorisation / signature process of CAF and Contracts / Call-offs under Master Framework Agreements.
  • Raise Purchase Requisitions / Purchase Orders as required.
  • Run monthly spend reports in Yardi
  • Inputting into the weekly procurement report and other status reports as required.
  • Working with compliance by putting vendors through our Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) process, and tracking responses to ensure vendors are onboarded ahead of their selection for award.
  • Continue safety evaluations with vendors and project sites to make compliance is met
Required skills:
  • Bachelor of Science in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, Engineering or related field or equivalent experience, is required
  • 5+ years of experience in a supply chain role preferably in Sub-Station, Temp Power, Power Solutions
  • Data Center, commercial, or industrial equipment experience is strongly preferred
  • Aptitude to learn quickly and drive things to closure is required
  • Strong business acumen with a strong commercial background is required
  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques is required
  • Looking for continuous improvement, adaptable with high level of attention to detail.
  • Be technically strong and proficient user of Microsoft Office Packages
