Are you a Project Planner looking for your next contract role? We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our valued client in Germany.
Experienced at delivering highly efficient projects for state-of-the-art Data Centres, Pharma, Semi- Conductor infrastructures around the world, our client is a global leader in design, engineering and delivery of facilities for high tech industries. This is your chance to join an innovative, market leading data centre company as their newest Project Planner. With growth plans to almost double their already huge turnover, there could not be a better time to join!
Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for all commercial project related topics and commercial optimisation of the project
- Control and monitoring of all commercial resources and agendas in the project (purchasing, project controlling, scheduling)
- Ensuring and being responsible for the content of the timely and qualitatively required project reporting and project cash flow management
- Preparation of budget and forecast - cooperation in the preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements
- Coordination with the project manager for the purpose of achieving the project goals or their optimisation
Requirements:
- Successfully completed studies or training in the field of business administration or engineering technology
- 10+ years of professional experience in handling large projects
- Knowledge of contract law (HGB, BGB, international), costing, KORE and IFR
