Senior Project Manager – Data Centers – Permanent – Chicago

Our client, has developed an award-winning global portfolio within critical infrastructure and are looking to onboard a Senior Project Manager that will support the development of their infrastructure in Chicago.

As the Project Manager you will support the delivery of multi-million dollar expansion projects across the USA.

Senior Project Manager Responsibilities:

• Management of the general contractor
• Reporting to Head of Project US on progress, timelines and budget
• Ensure health & safety is managed onsite
• Oversee the upgrade of the facility across CSA, MEP and white space fit-out Equipment including, UPS, CRAC units, generators, network infrastructure and racking fit-out
• Liaising with local utility providers on power installation

About you:

• Construction Project Management
• Experience in major construction projects valued £30m+
• Mixture of CSA & MEP would be great
• Mechanical lead
• 5-10 years or project management experience
• Knowledge of local construction regulations
• Previous data center experience
