Autonomy is a big thing for the whole Quanta team, with Georgia saying the management style across the board is very supportive without being overbearing. “You can run your own desk and travel abroad”
Many of the team are motivated by the opportunity to run their own desk, establish their own sub-sectors and travel internationally for client visits. Because of Quanta’s strong focus on understanding client requirements, it’s important for us to physically go to client sites to ensure we can match the right clients with the right candidates. As such, this year consultants have travelled to the Bahamas, Philippines and India, to name just a few destinations.
